Delete your NeuronAI account

Deleting your account is permanent. It is different from signing out or deactivating an account, and removes your account and associated personal data as described below.

• Android: Open NeuronAI, go to Settings, select Delete account, then follow the confirmation steps.
• iPhone or iPad: Open NeuronAI, go to Settings, select Delete account, then follow the confirmation steps.
• Sign in to the account you want to delete before starting. Do not share your password, one-time code, or access token with us.

If you have uninstalled the app, cannot sign in, or prefer a web-based request, use the email button above or email neuronaiuz@gmail.com with the subject “Account deletion request”. Include:

• the email address or phone number associated with your NeuronAI account;
• your name, if it appears on the account;
• a clear statement that you want your NeuronAI account deleted.

After we verify the request, we delete the account and the personal data associated with it, including account profile information and account-linked service data. We also instruct applicable service providers to delete the data they process for us.

We complete deletion within 30 days after a verified request. We will confirm the result by email.

We may retain only the information we are legally required to keep, or need for fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or enforcing our agreements. We explain the reason and retention period when it applies.

Data that has been irreversibly anonymised and can no longer identify you may be retained for service analytics and reporting.

If you use NeuronAI with a Facebook Page or Instagram professional account, you may also request deletion of personal data connected to that integration.

Email neuronaiuz@gmail.com with the subject “Meta data deletion request” and include the relevant Facebook or Instagram account, Page, handle, or conversation, together with the email address associated with your NeuronAI account if available. Do not send a password or access token.

Requests received through Meta are handled according to Meta’s required confirmation process when that integration is enabled. Business Page and professional-account requests may need to be submitted by the account administrator.
